General Questions about Finding Workers Online.  

How does it work?
1. Evaluate your labor needs (how many workers, what types of skills needed, for how long) and place an order with your credit or debit card. We will charge your card for the services you have selected and give you a payment code.
 
2. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order details and start date, time, and location.

3. Your workers arrive as scheduled and provide the necessary labor your described in your order.
  
What is your privacy policy?Your customer information is protected and secure. We do not sell or trade information with non-affiliated companies and we only share with the workers information required to complete your service. 

What is the Customer Agreement?This Agreement outlines important legal information and the terms and conditions of your transaction. Please take time to read the entire Customer Agreement.

Who your workers are? A worker is an independent individual or company who participates in our online marketplace. All workers go through a verification process. 

What if I do not hear from the worker after my order is placed?You should contact your our office if you cannot reach the worker directly using the contact information provided on your order confirmation. 

What if a worker accepts the order but does not show up on the scheduled day? If the worker does not show up the day of the job, call them directly to determine if they are running late on a previous job. If you are unable to contact the worker, call Customer Support at 678-861-4310 immediately so we can assist you in finding alternate help.

What happens if a worker damages my property?  We are NOT responsible for any damages.  By ordering from us, you the client acknowledge, indemnify and hold harmless, this agency, it's affiliates, workers and representatives. 

Are Moving Helpers bonded or insured?  Workers are not bonded nor insured, although it is not required. 

How much does this service cost? . The cost of service varies depending on the type of worker you select.  Our rates can be found on the rates tab. This is to ensure that you are fully aware of all costs before your purchase.

Why is there a minimum service of four hours?  Our experience shows that most labor jobs require a minimum of four hours when the job is carefully done.

What happens if the service takes longer than what I paid for?  No problem! We recommend you contact Customer Support at 678-861-4310 to place another order.

What happens if a job is completed in less time than originally requested? Ask your worker what other work they are willing to do. Workers are compensated for the preset amount of time you purchased regardless of the actual time taken to perform the service, so take advantage of the “bonus time” to allow hard-working workers to get additional work completed at your home.

What is a payment code?The payment code is the confirmation code for your order placed.

How do I cancel my Moving Help order? You can cancel your order by calling Customer Support at 678-861-4310.  

Can I tip a worker? Yes, tipping is encouraged for the excellent service you will receive.
